How to merge PDFs

Questions and answers

Is there a page or file limit?

No fixed limit. Very large files (several hundred MB in total) depend on your device's memory.

Are links and text kept?

Yes. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and searchable.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Every conversion runs inside your own browser, so your files stay on your device. The only exception is when you choose “Email”: then the finished file is sent once to the address you type, and we don't keep a copy.

Is it really free?

Yes. PDFSorted is free to use with no sign-up and no watermark. The site is supported by ads.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux. On phones you can also use Share to send the file straight to WhatsApp, Gmail or another app.
