Privacy policy
PDFSorted (“we”, “us”) provides free tools for converting and editing PDF and image files at https://pdfsorted.com. This policy explains what happens to your files and data.
Your files
All conversions run inside your web browser on your own device. The files you add are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.
Emailing a file
If you press Email and enter an address, the finished file and that address are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to our email provider, Resend, to deliver the message. We do not store the file or the address after the email is sent. Resend keeps delivery logs as described in its own privacy policy. We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse; it processes limited technical data such as your IP address.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads served by Google AdSense to keep the service free. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, our host processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
Because we don't keep your files or email addresses, there is normally nothing for us to delete. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@pdfsorted.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
